The PMO analyst role will provide assistance to the lead PMO manager in Poland via:

  • Coordination of project governance and reporting cycles
  • Creating and maintaining appropriate project initiation documentation (PIDs) and project plans
  • Tracking status of project deliverables and milestones
  • Coordination of regular project working group meetings with key project stakeholders
  • Supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables
  • Risk and issue coordination
  • Monitoring the status of projects as they transition to business as usual
  • Where appropriate, conducting post project reviews

Provide business continuity support to EMEA based business units via:

  • Act as first point of contact within region partnering with specific business units / corporate support groups to ensure the continuity program is delivered in line with global policy and standards
  • Executing training and awareness initiatives to business continuity representatives in region
  • Assisting the EMEA GCS team to present and facilitate regional business continuity forums, providing best practice guidelines to key stakeholders
  • Assisting the EMEA GCS team to execute an annual regional symposium event and simulation exercise with participants from each business unit / corporate support group participating


Additional responsibilities required to support the EMEA GCS as necessary include:

  • Design, delivery and maintenance of the business continuity program / controls
  • Review, monitor and  analyze compliance ratings and / or test results
  • Identification of any continuity risks across region including escalation and remediation item tracking as appropriate
  • Support and contribute to data collection, production, review and distribution of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Incident management support based on a follow the sun model (be available 24/7/365)


Required Skills/Experience:

  • 1 + years industry experience in business continuity, operations, risk, audit or compliance
  • Strong project management skills (Prince 2 certified or similar)
  • The ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Organized and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate directly with other colleagues and sites in the region
  • Project administration skills a plus


  • Minimum Bachelor degree
